it is not a restaurant, nor a café, nor a sandwich bar, nor a gourmet store, but it could be all of these.
It could be more modern or more traditional, but it is what it is. It could be bigger, but it is too small. It could be explained briefly, but it is not.
Etel&pan is a tiny space that only makes sense with us, Etelvino & Palmira and everything that surrounds us: the local products made with love and care in Galicia, the artisan bread from our friends and neighbours Panadería Germán as the main character, the beef of the burgers, the cheeses, the wines, our beer A Fisterrana, the lemonade from the lemons in our garden, the preserves, the desserts... the clientele from all corners of the world, the Fisterran idiosyncrasy, the good music, the good conversation, life itself.
